Tips in Customer Service
Good Morning,How may I help you today,I hear this all the time and I think you must have heard it too,as I was a customer service representative for quite some time and now I am from the same backgroud,the only difference is I dont take to dial any calls nowadays.
Just read few tips below which will help an aspiring customer service representative in the near future.
What is a customer?
If you find an answer in a dictionary you will read a person who pays you for your goods and services,but that's not all, without customer I think the business world would not have been exist, we cant forget that a good regular customer indirectly can take care of your family as he will regurlarly will pay you for your good service.
Few Tips
1) Be clear in your intentions on what you want to sell or what are you talking to a customer, try not to have a HISS in your voice only if you are talking over the phone or selling something over the phone,if you are not able to pronounce a word try to find an easy alternative word so that it would be
easy for customer to understand.
2) The more you talk to the customers,the more your personality will be developed as it is very important to understand a customer's body language and its mood,you never know that a customer has went through a fight few minutes ago or he had a big profits few minutes ago, the more you talk the more you will understand the body language of the customer.
3) Very Important-Let the customer speak if he has any questions,be polite and patient as most of the customers will listen to you in a patient manner so even they expect the same respect from you,you have to be ready with all the customer queries because as more you give answers the costomer gets more confident about you and the product
These are very important and very basic points which will help you in good customer service and good marketing and never get disapointed, sometimes you get a bad day and sometimes very good day,just think and be positive.
