Ther stress of our recession !!!

I recently had taken my vehicle in for service at my local dealer. I use the same service person everytime. Everything was great, with the exception of my service guy, (Jerry). Jerry looked stressed and bothered, so I did what any aquantance would. I asked him, whats going on? To my suprise I was shocked how this economy has had an effect not only on big business but the local profitable businesses.

It was brought to the attention that my local dealer, who I have trusted for years disreguards great customer service for a persons job. I have always serviced my vehicle with Jerry, never in all 20 years has he ever made me feel uncomfortable. I brought my vehicle in and he repaired it, just like that always great service, job well done. That was except when he pulled me aside and asked me, if I happen to get a survey to please give him a 100 or I will get fired! What, since when does a survey regulate ones performance? I did, I receive a survey, oh my god. What stupid questions! Is the lounge comfortable? Was the bathroom clean? Was the cashier nice? What in the world do these questions have with Jerry helping me with my car? This is rediculous!!

I have done my repair man right. I wrote a letter and did not fill it out. I left it blank and sent it in with a letter. For gods sake we all need help right now. If there is anyone filling these out, you are to blame for unemployment in this field. They need as much help as the next guy.

This practice from corporate america is absurde and should be abonished. I say the ceo's of the world who came up with this should be dropped of in somalia with the piracy and lets see how they do.

I am all for getting rid of paper survey's a hand shake and thank is more than enough. We cause our own headace as it is, we just all have to admit it.
