What kept me going was a little thing called; Perseverance.In this step, You want to be the Man or the Woman. You know the type of Business you want. While trying to develop this stage, Perseverance will go a long, long way to keeping your energy up.
- Step 2 Paranoia-
Is to worry about what's going on behind your back. You will probably get panicky, make snap decisions. As an Intrepid CEO, it will more than likely happen. The main objective in this case is to not let others see it in you. Don't your fear and Paranoia show. Keep going on as an Intrepid CEO
- Step 3 Creative-
Always have that always thinking spirit. There are many ways to use your skills as an Intrepid CEO. One way is to go beyond boundaries in your marketing strategies, use cutting edge ideas that others in your industry dare to creatively use
. Become a creative icon in your Industry
one that will result in you being a trendsetter and innovator.
- Step 4 Financial Austerity-
As an Intrepid CEO, do not be pound smart and penny foolish. Intrepid CEO's are disciplined, prudent, frugal but not cheap. You will not be afraid to take chances with your money but, you will also learn how to do it carefully, you will make bold, daring but not fly by night financial decisions either.
- Step 5 Teaching-
As the Intrepid CEO, here's where you can really shine. Conduct a seminar in a public setting or private setting, invite other CEO's to it and teach them to be Intrepid in their Industries. Teach them to be Bold, Daring and Innovative.
- Step 6 Leadership-
Very important as the Intrepid CEO of your Company. Be a leader of Compassion and Authority. Be an Intrepid CEO who has a little fun so that your people will feel good about showing up for work. Set strong leadership patterns that can be easily tracked by your followers. Remember, Followers follow as Leadership leads. Be an Intrepid CEO and Leader and you will have an Army of Intrepid Followers
